Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn

I've stayed at this Best Western several times and the last time was two years ago (I have since moved closer to the parks and no longer need a hotel). At the time of my visits I thought the staff was very attentive, rooms where clean, decent price, very close to the parks and the free parking for hotel guest was welcomed. Just before my last visit a few years they added a new food service area above the lobby which some of the other local hotels had but this BW was missing. If you decide to stay at this place I would definitely request a room as close to the lobby as possible.

I'm considering staying here based on the price and location... would love to hear some more reviews.

Oops. Just realized I didn't pay enough attention to all of the words in the hotel name. I gave my opinion, but it was for the Best Western Park Place Inn. Sorry!

It's okay but be aware some rooms are better than others. We had the tiniest room they have - so small you could barely squeeze between the bed and tv. My parents were in the room next door and there's was lots bigger (even though the same room type.).

Breakfast was not to our taste. They had lots of sweet things, including donuts, which seemed a bit odd. It's okay for free food though. There's an IHOP next door so we went there for bacon and eggs instead.

The fireworks were very loud from the room and no soundproofing so be aware of that if you have a baby or noise sensitive kids. And our room was very noisy as it was near the lobby. People were constantly passing by and there was zero privacy.

Despite all of that - it's very close to the parks and good value. I'd just ask for a room away from the lobby/breakfast room.

I stayed here with my fiancé, my friend and her husband. Keep in mind we're in our 20's and don't need anything too fancy. The location is amazing. I know some people say that Disneyland is smaller than WDW so you won't need to take as many breaks but that is a lie lol. My feet were killing me from park opening until about 1pm so we were able to walk to our room in less than 20 minutes from inside the park to take a break. From Park Entrance to the hotel it's about 10 minutes or less depending on if you are walking behind a crowd and how fast you walk. The hotel was clean but we had a hard time figuring out the shower drain. Even with the shower drain being tricky we had no real complaints. The breakfast I was told was crap but I wasn't expecting much. I would stick to the cereal since it's hard to mess that up. Possibly avoid the hot food. I would stay there again.

A group of us stayed there in January for the Star Wars Run Disney 1/2 marathon weekend. The location was perfect! The price was about $150/nt--so very reasonable. The inside was OK--clean (I think...lol) but fell into the "update me, please" category. The outside and walkways were on the dark side and coming back at night we found homeless people lingering around. The breakfast upstairs was OK for being "free." Typical fare: eggs, potatoes, pancakes, hot & cold cereals, etc. Would we stay there again? For the price and location, sure. Just set your expectations accordingly.

It's a go-to hotel for us. It's close, has hot/protein items included in the free breakfast, and it's close. :p

We also like the mini-suite option. It's a bigger room that has a couch with pull-out bed which is nice for a larger family.

Thanks everyone for the great and interesting reviews. It's good to receive different opinions
