Best Western Orlando Gateway -- your thoughts?

Just booked it and wondered if anyone has stayed here. I'd be very grateful to hear what you thought of it. Thanks in advance.

Did you just book for one night or did you do the 3 night package that gets you early entry?

Hi, Damo! Just one night -- I didn't know about the 3-night deal! Ah well, maybe next time -- this time we are mostly going for the Christmas stuff -- the Holiday Town (or is it village?) at the studios and Grinchmas at IOA. We're going to be in the parks Dec. 11th and 12th. Soooo, hopefully (as I keep telling myself) the crowds will be light-ish. Hopefully.

I looked at the hotel online. It looks really nice. Hopefully someone here will have stayed there!

I hope so. Not sure why I'm obsessing so much anyway, as we'll be spending the vast majority of our time at the parks and, typically, I'm happy with the Hampton Inn... Still, the hotel can make or break your weekend, and I have not stayed in this one before - so I'm looking for the reassurance. Sadly, none of them will be Portofino... (can't wait til those Florida Res rates kick in again! I thought December would be dead - but I just can't seem to get a good one!)

so how was the hotel? We stay there soon for our first trip to US/IOA orlando
