Best Western on Cocoa Beach?

Has anyone stayed at the Best Western on Cocoa Beach? We are arriving on Thursday and planning to spend a couple days at the beach. I am looking for personal opinions/reviews on this hotel.

Not a bad place. Access to the beach and right on the main strip. This was a few years ago (2009) and I was actually there for work, but I thought it was a nice place to stay.

Most here will suggest the Comfort suites or the Hyatt in MCO. The Best Western is more in line with your standard interstate exit type facilities.

This one however I believe participates in the 40% off port parking promotion. Basically, you stay there the night before, you get a coupon to park at the port at 40% off.

If you want to visit the beach, I think the Best Western will be a good bet. I believe it is close to the beach, which the Hyatt would not be. I have never stayed there, but it looks like a nice hotel with good reviews.

We have stayed at the Sheraton 4 Points, which we have really liked. We also love the beach at Cocoa Beach. I think you are making a wise choice spending a few days at Coca Beach.

You can exit the back and it goes down to the beach. Not all hotels have direct access to the beach (you have to cross a highway or two). It isn't your standard hotel exit Best Western. It is pretty nice w/ restaurant, bar, etc. Things you find at other hotels on the beach. I probably wouldn't say 5 star, but it was clean and a very nice place to stay for the price. Right on the main road in from Orlando and close to everything.

We stayed @ the Best Western for a couple of nights last year for my BIL's wedding. Not a bad place at all. We had a nice ocean view room and beach access is right there. There are a couple of different buildings that make up the Best Western. Ours was the tower closest to the beach. The complimentary breakfast wasn't too bad either. The rooms were clean. I'd give it a 3 1/2 out of 5.

We have never stayed here, but we made reservations at Best Western before our cruise in April.

Stayed here last week balcony opened to the beach = amazing!

We stayed at the Best Western oceanfront. The room was clean but could have used a little updating. Breakfast is served in a different building, and the choices were good. The pool was a good size and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It is directly on the beach, and that is a plus. It's close to the pier. Also, there is a webcam on the roof, so we were able to stand on the beach and wave to my sister who was watching back at home.
