We were just there in December and had no complaints at all. We were given a room with a view of Downtown Disney and watched the fireworks from our balcony 1 night. They have a good breakfast buffet for $5.99/adults & $3.99/kids. The busses were great also - they had padded seats & a bathroom on board! They also have a Disney store & a small food store in the lobby. Any other questions - just ask!
