Best Western - Lake Buena Vista?

We will be visiting WDW before our DCL, has anyone stayed at the Best western in Lake Buena Vista? Just starting looking and I've been told my little one can watch the fireworks from Epcot from the disney view room?

We stayed one night Last Sept and we thought it was nice, clean and pretty! We had the disny view and were able to watch Illuminations from our balcony but it was a bit distant.. Id stay here again!

We stayed there just a couple of weeks ago before our cruise. We didn't get a Disney View, but I was very happy with the hotel and our room. I have pictures and more about it in my 2011 TR.

Guests at Lake Buena Vista have easy access to all of the area's major attractions. Epcot Center, Typhoon Lagoon, the Cirque du Soleil Theater, MGM Studios and much more are all located only a short shuttle bus ride away. The Downtown Disney Resort area as well as Disney Marketplace are located within walking distance from the hotel.

Yes, you can do this if you have a Disney-view room. The hotel is designed with the elevators running through the central core. Each wing of the building has an exterior set of stairs that run on the outside of the building. When I stayed there in May, I discovered the stairs made for a more direct route to the pool but more importantly, a great location to catch the fireworks or take pictures. The doors do not lock behind you so you.

We stayed there in June. I had no complaints about the hotel. I also read all the reviews before we went but thought I'd give it a try anyway and I'm glad we did! I have pics on page 2 of my 2011 TR.
