How much is your budget ??

If $$$ is no object than I'd stay at the Surf & Sand. ALL rooms face the ocean but you usually have to pay between $300.00 & $400.00 a night.
This is a very nice oceanfront property where you DON'T have to cross the highway to get to the beach.

However, budget IS an issue. We are spending 7 nights in the LA area before driving to Vegas for 3 additional nights. We are trying for around $150 per night.

(We have Entertainment Card and AARP.)
