we are thinking of staying here on the night before our WDW vacation starts and the night it ends. we are driving so we can stay there for 1/2 the price of a Disney hotel. we only plan on going to DTD and sleeping there the night before ours starts. Also plan on sleeping there the end of our trip before driving home the next day.
Main concerns,
is it clean?
are the rooms quiet?
bonus: is free breakfast offered?
any other info appreciated!
thanks,
mikewdw

Ive stayed here but it was many years ago. (12) It was nice but its not your Disney hotel. For before or after a trip it will be just fine. We are thinking of doing that this trip also.

I just booked it for the same purpose. We are going to drive as well, so we are staying there the night we arrive. Our hope is to get there around 4-5 pm and go to DTD for a bit of shopping and dinner.

I would love to have some reviews.

My daughter and I arrived about 615pm and spent one night there before heading to WL for our vacation. It was a clean room and bath. Nice view of the parks! Ok for one a night before or after. Very busy with large groups and kids. Was quiet in room. No breakfast buffet. $79 so got my moneys worth. We literally put our luggage in room, walked to DTD, ate shopped walked back and went to bed. Got up and checked out.

Im doing the same thing...mostly! Our flight gets into Orlando at 7:30 pm. Couldnt see spending the $$$$ on another night at Disney, so I chanced it on Priceline. I bid $45 for a 3 star Dowtown Disney hotel..I ended up with BWLBVR. I wont even get to check in until about 9:00pm and Ill be out of there the next morning. Im sure I can handle whatever I got myself into for 14 hours!

I read there is a large strip mall with lots of restaurants next door (Crossroads) and a grocery store. Im thinking of popping over there for juice/milk/water for our Disney room. We're getting the refilll mugs, but I think there is only soda for that...not great for 10 days and a 6 year old!

Good luck with whatever you decide.

Actually I THINK they may have some juice or something besides soda just no milk..I would ask on the resort thread..
