Best week in June to go?

We are planning a trip to Universal/Discovery Cove in June. We get out of school June 9th and can go anytime after that. I was thinking of going the week of June 21, but wondering if it will be less crowded the earlier we go that month. Anyone know?

During that week the parks usually stay open until 9pm so that would be a good time to go as far as the hours go. June...like the rest of the summer...is pretty busy. I think you would probably be better towards the beginning of June but it would still be busy.

My experience is more with WDW. There, it is definitely better the earlier in June you go. We usually go as soon as school is out, which is around Memorial Day.

i have gone the first week in june and also the week of june 23 .....on...


both time periods are decent. the crowds varied for each time period.
you will find some school groups going early june rather than late june.

you will find more crowds building up to july 4th time period.


i would think that more schools would be out for the school year around the third week of june.
many in the northern states are still in school until then.

crowds tend to get larger when families go to orlando once the kids get out of school.
