We are renewing our vows at shades of green and I need to pick someone to do the ceremony. Thoughts?

Just my 2 cents...We're having our VR in April at the WP; we've chosen Rev. Jack Day. I checked out the list & websites Disney provided. Out of all of them, there was "something" about Rev. Day that made me want him to be our officiant. Plus I've read some great things about him on this board too.

As soon as we got our date & time I emailed him; I was so glad he was available!

Most people who will comment on here will give you a glowing review of their officiant but it really depends on what you want from the ceremony. Do you want a religious ceremony, personal vows etc? You may want to drop them all an email asking for ceremony examples to get a feel of what they are like?

We had Ron Rosenzweig for our wedding back in November and he was wonderful. He was friendly, took us through everything before the ceremony, confirmed our personal reading and read it word perfect.

We had no guests at our ceremony and Ron was even kind enough to toast us, which I thought was a lovely touch.

I'll be honest though and say his email communication is not the best, he responds quickly but they are very much down to business and don't really show any personality or warmth. However, in person it was an entirely different story.

Whilst I am yet to have my VR (it's in May), we have booked Rev Tim Herring. So far he has been great!! It was important to me to have somebody who would answer my queries quickly - I live in the UK and have arranged this event almost entirely by e-mail. Rev Tim has always responded to my e-mails very quickly and professionally.
A recent Disbride (Jules-Marie) used Rev Tim a few weeks ago and was very impressed with him!!!

Rev. Randal Miller officiated our Vow Renewal last October. We were very happy with the service!
