I think this would make a good podcast/show for the Dis-Unplugged team on a dining review show. I'll start (caveat, I have not made any of these, but would be interested in trying based on feedback).

In no particular order.....

1) Thai coconut meatballs - Cap'n Cooks, Polynesian Village
2) Bread Pudding - Ohana and others
3) Dole Whip - assorted locations
4) Dipping bread sauces - Sanaa
5) Naan bread - Sanaa
6) Bobotie(?) macaroni and cheese - Jiko
7) Wagyu steak seasoning - Flying Fish
8) Breading for fried chicken - Hoop Dee Doo, Trails End
9) Macaroni and cheese - Homecomin'
10) Pork belly preparation and seasoning - Flying Fish
11) Wild boar appetizer - Jiko
