Best way to waitlist?

We decided to make a Spring break trip during the week of March 23, five nights at DVC. Calling about a month ago, nothing was available at BCV for all five nights, so we have a studio booked at OKW with our BCV points. I'm on the waitlist for the five nights at BCV. Only a couple of nights that week are sold out at BCV. Would you make a reservation for the available nights, and waitlist the others? I know people have done this, but I do not want to have to move around several times if it doesn't come through! Diana

Our experience is that wait lists come through as you get close to 30 days out. You are high on the list, I am sure, since it is only Dec. I would take the days as they come available.
