Other than a rental, what would be the best way to get from AS Sports to Royal Pacific Hotel, and then a few days later from RPH to the airport? If someone has made this trip lately how much did it cost and how did you travel?

I just called Mears and asked for the cost from AS Sports to RPH and I was told it was $45 for 4 of us. I called back a little while ago and was told it was $64 for 4 of us to go from PRH to the airport. Does this seem like a reasonable cost or can it be done chaper?
