Best way to surprise my family...

Just booked our fourth FAMILY trip (my 8th! woot!) for next October! This is our kids' Christmas gift this year and I'm looking for great ways to surprise them Christmas morning. I saw on Pinterest a few ideas but wondering what you all have done that really got them excited. We are staying at ASMu for a week with four-day passes. Last time we were at WDW we stayed off-site and the last time my kiddos stayed onsite, they were 7 and 11 months so this will be their first real immersive trip.

I'm planning a scavenger hunt ending in Disney themed donuts! We'll do it the night before so we can wake up and eat our donuts and head for the airport. We also do Mickey Bags everyday we are at the resort. Mickey "delivers" a bag full of things like: tshirts, jammies, disney items - so, there will be a Mickey bag the morning we leave for the airport. In the past we told our son a week before and last year we didn't tell him until we landed in Orlando. Have fun!

How fun! My girls are 9 and 16 and I like to have them help me plan so we are giving this trip to them for Christmas but we don't leave until the following October. There's no way I can hold out that long! lol I have almost slipped several times already! OOPS!

I saw on Pinterest that someone wrapped up a word scramble as the first gift then each subsequent gift had letters in it that they had to match up on the word scramble. It spelled out "We are going to Disney World!"I think my girls would get it right away so I would have to be super creative with how it's worded. Hmmmm....I'll have to keep searching on Pinterest. There has to be something that would totally throw them off...lol
