Best way to share about DVC (and possibly get referral credit)

My husband and I are new DVC owners and could not be more excited!!! I think if I could live and breathe Disney 24/7 I would, so this was a logical step for us. Since purchasing, I find myself telling everyone about DVC...but, I don't want to drive everyone nuts. I would also love to get the referral benefits if anyone I know does end up signing up.

Does anyone have any advice on how to make sure I don't drive my friends nuts, but also let people know I am part of DVC and that if they are looking for a referral, I would love for them to list me?
Thanks!

DVC periodically sends out small business card size referral cards that will have your name printed on them and your guide's name as well. They are designed to be used to encourage referrals and are specifically to hand out to folks. I find these work the best. :)

:)If folks are interested it comes up in coversation. I send them a general Email with all my fav websites and then answer any questions, if they want me too. I give them a few basics and tell them to call me or ask me anytime and just make myself available.

My few co-workers know we have a timeshare in WDW...I shared that with them when we purchased because I was excited. Now, they just know when we are headed to Disney and know we will be using our timeshare. I try not to bring it up very much since everyone feels differently about vacations. Mostly if someone is planning a trip I help if asked...if they have children I sometimes make them a CD

One of the doctors said he likes hearing about our planned trips because he says we are one of the few couples that know how to really use our timeshare to its full potential and he can respect that. I loved that compliment.
