Best way to see Sorcerer Mickey

My six year old is a huge Mickey fan and would love to see Sorcerer Mickey. We’ve never seen him before because the line always seems long. Of course when the park opens is probably best but with so much at Hollywood Studios we would probably try to get to a Toy Story land first. Is there another time of day that would be great to see him?

I find with characters, the lines really ebb and flow. I would just keep checking in and get in line if it’s less than 30 minutes!
