Best way to meet Tinkerbell?

My 7 year old daughter is a huge tinkerbell fan. We picked up our annual passes yesterday so we plan on going a lot this year. We have seen tickerbell on the parade and flying over the castle during the fireworks show, but how does a child go about actually meeting her and getting a hug from her?

I really hope some one tells me I am wrong on this one.
I don't think Tink Does meet and greets. She is my favorite and I did by some extra special Disney Magic get her autograph but I have only seen her in the parades or flying over the castle.

I think you're right, I've never seen her out at any time other than the parade or fireworks. She is an elusive fairy, after all. She has been known to mysteriously show up in people's photographs that are taken by the photopass people. I don't think Disney wants to destroy the mystique about her by doing meet and greets. My daughter loves her too, but we are just happy to have her in our photographs of our family.:)

I could be completely wrong here, but I don't think you can do a meet n greet with Tink. She would have to be a real person to be doing that, and Tink is supposed to be tiny... Look at her compared to Peter Pan and Wendy. I bet they don't do meet n greets because of her size. IMHO:wizard:

No Tink . But rumors are floating of a M&G at WDW and some auditions going on for Fairies but not sure of what ones yet.

Chip and Dale are not 6ft tall either but they are 2 of the most popular characters there are.

I think Tink looks great in the Parades and could do a room correctly to make it look like you shrink whe entering

The Disney Fairies movie (straight to DVD) is supposed to come out sometime next year -- I wonder if they will do more with all of the fairies then? Maybe they will at least have Tink's fairy friends available to meet.

I heard a rumor (could be completely false) that they were either supposed to be doing a ride or movie about Tink over in DCA -- it makes sense since she is a huge Disney icon!

Yeah as far as I know there is not meet and greet yet. But I was actually just thinking of this the other day that perhaps next year when the disney fairy movie comes out there will be more emphasis put on Tink in the park.

I doubt that there will ever be a meet and greet for Tink. I would love it if there was, but I don't see it ever happening. Sorry!!

I have a friend who just came back from Disney World who was told by the character people that they are in deed in the works to have a tink meet and greet there in the future. Now whether or not they ever have one in DL remains to be seen. I personally think they should considering how hugely popular she is but who knows. I think that tieing it in to the release of the movie would be smart too but I guess we will just have to wait and see. I know for one my daughter is a HUGE fan and I just hope that if they don't do it in Disneyland that at least she is in Disney World by the time we are there next November when we go ;)

True, at this time there is no Tink Meet and Greet at DLR. HOWEVER, if you get your daughter's picture made with one of the disney photographers in front of the Castle, they will Magically apply Tink to the picture for you, that should be a great memory. They really do it up special.

I totally forgot about that. I actually prefer having her in my photos cause its just like they say... the add of pixie dust.
