With all the experience on this board, what seems to be the best / worst / least stressful way to go about making Disney Resort reservations? On-line to Disney.com; over the phone; on-line via a service like Expedia.com? Or any others?

I read so many notes where people have problems with phone reservations and it seems to be mostly a problem on the "Disney" side (you either get someone on the phone who doesn't know what they're doing or doesn't want to take the effort to give good service). So, how do you know if you're getting what you really want and getting the best deal? How do you know when to hang up and call back later for a different person?

look for the best price - then go with it.

or if you are worried about them messing up your reservations just go with the travel agency sponsoring this website.

they have some great prices and they will continue to make sure that you have all the discounts that you are entitled too - AAA, Disney Visa, annual pass.

I belong to the DVC club - MS hardly ever makes a mistake and if they do they can generally change it not a problem.

Probably booking on the phone ((407) W-DISNEY) would be the easiest because you can use AP codes and other codes to get you the best deal on a room. The CM is also there to help you with any questions about your rate. When you reserve a room online there really is no deals or ways to get around the rack rate (usually). I guess there can be errors with any way. Have Fun
