Best way to make reservations at Palo?

Does anyone know whether the $59 AMEX package applies only to the 7-day, and whether it applies to only certain categories?

I am looking for the same info!! Does it apply to the 4 day Wonder? What kind of AMEX card do you need to have? Would the Optima Platinum qualify? Are they only running this special through a certain date?
