Best way to make a request to ASMusic resort?

We want to request adjacent rooms . It'll be better to call or write to the hotel? Is there a building that have both suites and preferred rooms? Thank you

There are a very limited number of family suites that are close to standard rooms. The suites in Calypso are near Preferred rooms.

Also, be very clear about what you want. "Adjoining" means next to (or diagonally or around the corner from) but without a door between. "Connecting" means a door in between. "Adjacent" isn't really used in the hotel industry.

And it's better to call Disney and have the request noted on your reservation. There is no way to call the hotel directly

There is no such thing as a connecting Suite and normal room at ASMu, I don't believe.
