Best way to leave MK at midnight Prez Day?

We're staying at the Swan and starting the day at EPCOT but leaving WDW after the park closes on Monday night. I figure every possible way out will be nuts but what's my best bet:

Drive to MK during the day, then leave by car at midnight. (I suspect crazy to get from gate to parking, then crazy to get out)

Monorail from EPCOT to MK during the day and
- Disney bus to Swan. (Must be a huge crush for busses)
- Uber to Swan and leave from there (Must be a huge crush for Ubers)

What do you think?
Thank you.

Edited. I'm really confused about what you are asking. Could be that I'm on my second glass of wine....
Edited because you edited while I was writing. Pass that wine, please!

OP: You're overthinking this. Yes, the parks will be crowded, but not enough that I'd be worrying over it. Do whatever you'd normally do.

OP is staying at Swan.
Starting day at Epcot.
Ending at MK.
Wondering least stressful, easiest way back to Swan.

Same, I was like ............... what? I hit quote but the quote that came up was different. No wine here so guess you'll need to pass what is left.

:rotfl2::drinking1 Anyway. I'd drive to MK and leave from there. Would take more time to get back to Swan/EPCOT.

I would either take the bus and get on the first EP bus that comes along (Swan/Dolphin, BWI or BC/YC). Or walk to Contemporary and take uber (that would be my first choice). No way would I park at MK and then rely on the ferry or monorail to get back to TTC to get the car. By the time you do that, you might as well have waited for the bus.

I got the impression that OP was LEAVING WDW all together once the night ended.

If that is the case then I would absolutely stick with my choice and that is drive to MK.

I honestly have found myself on the road before I'm sure most guests are even on a bus if at closing. And always check if there is a bus to TTC - we have often been able to walk on to one at park closing while the masses head to ferry and monorail.

Disclaimer: I blame all confusion on @MaleficentRN and her wine party! :drinking1

Yes, I'm leaving WDW entirely after the Magic Kingdom. Hopping on I-4 headed north for an hour. The next day we'll do the drive back to North Carolina. Staying outside Orlando will cost a lot less than the Swan and get us on the right side of morning traffic.

Yeah, in that case just drive to MK

There may not always be a bus to the TTC and once the cast member told me that there was no bus even when there was one. Now I just don't ask. I think they may be instructed to encourage people to use the ferry and monorail. I believe if there is a bus from MK to TTC it is at stop 26.

Thanks for your advice. I think we'll drive to MK since taking a bus or taxi back to the Swan adds a travel segment. Better to settle in the van sooner rather than later.
