Best way to have a CM recognized for service?

Does anyone know the best way to be sure a CM is recognized for service above and beyond the call of duty? (in this case a chef). Who do I call or email to ensure the CM gets some positive feedback for a job well done?

I have used the Contact Us form from www.disneyworld.com many times. I have talked to the CM's after the fact and every one of them received recognition for my email. In most cases, they were called into their manager's office, got to read my email, and received a special pin.

The best thing to do is immediately go to guest relations in whichever park you are in and fill out a guest survey card. Make sure you note the time of day, place and most importantly, the CM's name. This is the best way of recognizing a CM's efforts.

I send emails to Disney when we return. Last October, my son dressed as Indiana Jones for haloween so we went to Indiana Jones to get a picture with the CM who plays Indiana Jones. The CM was great with my son.

We sent an email expressing how great the CM was. A few days later we got a call from Disney saying they got the email and that the information would be passed along to the CM's manager so that he would receive the recognition.
