My family has made it a goal to try the Kitchen Sink at the PCH Grill.

The problem we have is how to get to the PCH Grill from the parks. It looks like we will have to walk through all of downtown disney, then down a ways through parking lots to get to it - 15-20 minutes of walking, plus back.

Is there an easier way? I was hoping we could cut across from California Adventure and then back into the parks, but it doesn't look like it.

Anyone have any tips?

I would take the monorail to the Downtown Disney station and walk down by Earl of Sandwich and over to Paradise Pier.

We stayed at PPH in February and loved that monorail station in DTD, lol.

Yeah, walk it or monorail. Those are the only options really. The walk from the monorail won't be too bad.

Give yourself a minimum of 30 minutes, maybe even 40 if you take the monorail. Waiting for the next car and loading and unloading take longer than you think.

The fastest walking route is to go through GCH, exit through the lobby and cross the street. From the DL gates it takes about 10 minutes, maybe more with kids or people who walk slowly.

I suppose if you are right near the monorail station above Nemo (or further in the park than that, like back in toontown) that might work.

Otherwise I'd walk it.

If you're deep in DCA, I would get to the Grand's entrance/exit turnstiles and go through there. Get to the lobby, go out the front doors, walk towards PPH. Cross the street and turn left. Turn right into the first pathway and that will take you to a hallway that ends right at the host station for PCH Grill.

If you're near the entrance of DCA or in Disneyland and aren't taking the monorail, go into DTD and just past Sephora, turn left into the Grand. Again, get to the lobby, go out the front doors. etc.

We always stay at PPH and wholeheartedly agree with Bumbershoot's post. Cutting through the GCH is so easy and the walk to the parks and back from PPH is super easy and the quickest way. It really is not bad at all, and IMO closer and quicker than going to the DLH.

Also, we have found the food and service at the PCH Grill to be really good! Not sure if they still have it, but they had Mushroom Bisque there that was really amazing!!:goodvibes:
