If my DH is booked for the Segway tour at 8:30 and the rest of my party heads to Chef Mickey's for breakfast what is the best way to do this? We are staying off site and will be driving. We are planning on getting there early but I'm not sure if this is even practical. I know there is a princess breakfast at Epcot but the boys wouldn't be interested so I thought Chef Mickey's might work until I started thinking about how to get from point A to point B. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I'm assuming that you have a car since you'll be offsite. Have you thought about the breakfast at Cape May? It is a character one...Goofy's Breakfast Beach Blast I think it's called. We like it there a lot. You could eat there while your dh does the Segway tour. Drive to the YC/BC, park the car, you eat and dh just walks over to Epcot via the Intl Gateway.
If you are set on eating at Chef Mickeys, you could drop your dh off at Epcot, then drive over to the TTC, take the monorail to CR for breakfast. Or park at Epcot, take the monorail to TTC, transfer to the resort line, go to CR, eat and then reverse it all to get back to Epcot.

Where are you going after breakfast? I'd just park in the MK lot. DH takes the monorail to EPCOT and you take the resort monorail to the Contemporary. Spend the day in MK.

I think that's the problem. We are supposed to be spending the day at Epcot which is why I started thinking my idea was going to be more trouble than it was worth. We would probably eat up a lot of park time getting back and forth.

goofy4tink ~ That sounds like a great idea. I wasn't sure which place would be the most convenient to eat near Epcot and only looked up places "in" Epcot and didn't think to look up the resorts. This is just what I was looking for and I didn't even know it! :teeth: I'm sure all the kids would like this breakfast. This sounds a lot more convenient than going back and forth on the monorail to separate parks. I think I will call and try to get an ADR. Thanks so much for your help! :goodvibes

No problem...glad I could offer the suggestion. THis is one of our favorite breakfasts...it's much less frantic than CM's. Have a great time!!!!
