Best way to get from SSR to DQ

I will be there with my two DS ages 4 & 7. They love, love, love DisneyQuest!

What is the best way to get to DQ from SSR? We will have a car as well.

You have many options but it really depends on where you are in SSR

1) You could walk - especially if at Congress Park

2) You could take the bus. The DTD bus will take you there.... don't get off at the Marketplace .... wait for the PI stop

3) You can take the boat (check the times). Green flag boats go to DTD and then there is another boat which moves around DTD (red flag??). The boat is a good option only if you staying near the dock (Grandstand, The Springs)

4) You can drive... takes only a couple of minutes. The parking can be busy but not too crazy.

The post above pretty much covers it. The fastest way is by the car, of course. As long as you aren't in a hurry, the Disney Transportation is great!

And if you drive it's very easy to use the Resort entrance and exit closest to Congress park. Just use your Resort Key to get back in at that gate.

walking - especially from Congress park.

the DTD parking lot is not a fun place. It can be very hard to find a parking place - and by the time you do you probably could have walked over.

i'd agree with spiceycat, driving is faster initially but if you wind up spending 20-30 minutes looking for a parking place, it's not the best option...

the boat is probably the most "fun" for youngsters, but not super quick and it'll drop you off on the marketplace side of DTD.

We went to DTD early, like 10am, so I did drive and it was a piece of cake.

I even "reparked" from shopping at World of Disney and Lego Store down to DisneyQuest at 11:30 for opening.
