Best way to get from DHS to DTD

What do you think is the best way to get from DHS to DTD at night?

Walk or boat to BW and take the bus to DTD there. Or bus to SSR from DHS and boat over to DTD.

If you're in a hurry or don't feel like walking almost a mile to the BW bus stop, or waiting for boats or buses, a taxi will cost you approx $12-$16 plus tip and have you pretty close to wherever you need to get to at DTD in about 15-20 minutes (incl walking to the taxi stand located just beyond the bus stops) vs. probably about an hour or more via walking, buses or boats.

If you decide to get on the Downtown Disney bus from the Boardwalk one thing you should know is they are the last resort where guests are picked up since the bus will have already been to the Swan, Dolphin, Yacht Club and Beach Club. So depending on how many people are already on the bus could be very crowded.

Personally I would take the bus to Saratoga Springs and get off at the Congress Park stop since they have a walkway directly to Downtown Disney.

After many,many bus rides from BW to DTD...I have to say that I have never stood on the bus going to DTD. Coming back from DTD??? Yes, on occasion. But never going there.
If you are in a hurry and don't want to walk, then a cab is your best bet.
