Best way to get from AKL to MK for 8am ADR?

If I am correct in thinking that the Disney buses only start running about 1 hour before park opening, what would be the best way to get from AKL to MK in time for my 8am breakfast or even to another resort for an early breakfast when the park opens at 9? We won't have a car so does that mean we will have to use a cab? Thanks in advance!

Be out at the MK bus stop by 6:45ish, no later than 7:15 though. The buses start running to the MK at about 6:30. But they run less frequently than regular park buses. If you just miss one, you may have to wait 20+ mins for the next one...that's why the early arrival recommendation. It's really much better to be early than to be late. It should take about 15-20 mins to get to MK from AKL.

This is VERY true!!!! We got to the OKW bus stop at 7:25 a.m. We ended up waiting almost 25 minutes and ended up being 5-10 minutes late for our ADR. Which wasn't a big deal. But I wanted to get some good pics of Cindy's Castle and Main Street empty. I got 3 or 4. But none of us actually in them. But it was ok. Crystal Palace has an excellent buffet.

Just get there EARLY!!!!

Allow plenty of time because we waited 50+ minutes from AK to MK in Sept. Were late to our ADR at CP. We saw several buses to each of the other parks, once had two busses for 1 park.

Also, another tip. If you don't want to be late, and wait more than 15 minutes, I would take a taxi. That's what we're going to do this trip. Hopefully we won't have to. It'll cost a fortune!!!!
