Best way to get from airport to RPR

We will be arriving in August and wonder whats the best way to get from the Airport to our hotel, Royal Pacific Resort and back to the airport.

I've read some like Mears, others taxi. I'd like to hear your experiences and how much it cost.

OK, I know someone has gone from the Airport to RPR. How'd you get there?

we always use a town car service and we will be using mears and have found it to be cheaper than a taxi
