Best way to dry a down comforter?

My new LG front-load washer arrived last week so now I can easily wash my comforters!!

One of my comforters is a down comforter and I remember there being some posts on here a while back about how to dry a down comforter in the dryer without the fill moving around (it might have been part of one of the washer threads) but I can't find the thread.

I just throw my down comforter into the dryer with a couple of tennis balls and dry it.

I have use a couple of clean tennis shoes or crocs.

No tennis balls in my house so I'll try the clean shoes. Thanks for the suggestions!!

I don't put anything in the dryer with the down comforter. I dry it then turn it and dry again.

I second the tennis balls. It's really noisy tho.
