Hi all!

I've looked at all the information but I just can't figure this out, so I will defer to the vast knowledge of the DIS Budget Boards :worship:

We're going for our Disneymoon in October (12th-21st). While we have a time share for the first portion of the trip, we want to stay on property for the last 3 nights (we're thinking Beach Club).

To get the most bang for our buck, which do you think is the best way (or combination of ways) to purchase our park tickets and book the resort?

1. Disney Visa CC
2. Disney Visa Debit Card
3. Disney GCs (We have about $500 in these right now, but aren't sure if we should wait and use these for spending in the parks.)

You are all the best! TIA

It's going to cost you the same amount, regardless of the method of payment. The advantage of the CC would be that you will get 6 months interest-free when booking a package and you will get the rewards dollars for the amount you spend. If you're booking room-only, you will not get the 6-months at 0% interest but you will still get the rewards dollars.

If you feel that you will not spend $500 at Disney on dining and souvenirs or experiences, then apply the GCs toward your tickets and/or resort stay.

Thanks! I didn't realize that about the room-only not getting the 0%. I'll look into how many days of tickets we need to book for that.
