Hi everyone. We're looking into villa/condo for our next Disney trip and Windsor Hills looks very promising + I've searched and found many people have posted very favourable reviews. If you did Windsor Hills, how did you go about booking? (right now I'm looking at a vacationcentralflorida.com site)? Also, any caveats about booking?

HI,

I have used windsorhillsrent.com the last two times i booked. It is the windsor hills website. you will get many responses. you can determine what you want based on price, location, interiors, etc, whichever is most important to you. I rented a townhome and wanted to be on a certain street closest to the clubhouse, so I narrowed my choices based on location, followed by ammenities, and price - pool heat prices varied greatly. good luck!:goodvibes

windsorhillsrent.com or vrbo.com or homeaway.com for the Kissimmee area. We always rent directly from owners.

Hi, we rented a home in Windsor Hills two years ago. We rented directly from the owner. The price was so reasonable, and everything worked out great. A nice plus is that we were literally one exit from Disney. PM or email me if you would like the email/site of our renter.

Hi, we just booked a townhouse thru vactioncentralflorida.com. You are renting direct from the owners. I just clicked on the book now button and followed the directions, simple and very easy. I got confirmation that I got the reservation and an email from the owner on how to pay the down payment the very same nite.

we used windsorhillsrentnal.com as well you deal directly with the owners so you would not pay the higher service rates charged by some of the management companies ie all star resorts - have alway found their prices when researching rentals extremely expensive compared to dealing direct with owners

I'm renting from them as well. It was painless and very easy.
