Hi everyone
we will be in Epcot and have dining reservations at BlueZoo and have never been over to the Swan or Dolphin.
Should we walk or is there a shuttle? Should we get the car and drive?
Also, should we change or is normal park attire ok?
Thanks.

I'd take the boat =) Just go out the International Gateway entrance to the park, between UK and France in the WS. Catch the boat right there and it'll stop right at Swan/Dolphin (also stops at Yacht/Beach/Boardwalk and then onto MGM). It's a nice relaxing ride, and doesn't take long at all. I def wouldn't backtrack through the park to get your car or anything, you're very close.

If you're anxious or running late, a walk wouldn't be bad either =0

I don't know what the dress code is there, hope someone else can help with that.

The easiest way to get to the Swan/Dolphin from Epcot is to exit thru the International Gateway (between the UK and France pavilions) and take the Friendship boat. It will stop at the Boardwalk and Yacht/Beach Club, then the Swan/Dolphin (then continue to Disney-MGM Studios). I haven't eaten at BlueZoo, so I don't know if there is a dress code there or not.

Thanks for the question JEANMR1 and I have another on the same topic ..... DH and I will be eating at BlueZoo on our upcoming trip. Although we will be driving ourselves (coming from AKL), I was pleased to hear the boat stops at Boardwalk. Will it be possible for DH and I to head over to the Boardwalk after our dinner?

The easiest way would be to take one of the Friendship boats from the International Gateway at Epcot (the backgate located between the UK and France) to the Swan/Dolphin dock.
You could also walk, but it's more relaxing to take the FB.

You can then return to Epcot by boat. Of course this scenario won't work if your reservations will keep you at the restaurant past the time Epcot closes.
If you drove to Epcot, then your best bet would be to drive over to BlueZoo and park. I do think they've instituted a parking fee at both the Swan and the Dolphin for hotel guests; I'm not sure if you can park free for a few hours while dining, but I would guess that might be the case.

I am assuming from what I have read here that the BlueZoo is at the Dolphin. The Boardwalk is about a 2 minute walk from the Dolphin. Go out the back entrance of the hotel and turn right for the Boardwalk area and left is you want to look over the Yacht and Beach clubs. FYI there is a walkway around the Boardwalk Villas that will take you to the Studios. The Friendship boats also service all the Epcot area resorts on their trips from the Epcot International Gateway to the Studios.

I've never eaten at the Blue Zoo, but I did walk by it while I stayed at the Swan last year. I got the more "fancy" feel from it than regular park attire.

You should take the boat from the International Gateway entrance of Epcot to the Dolphin. The Dolphin and Swan hotels are a 2 minute walk to the Boardwalk.

We ate at Bluezoo on our last trip.....best meal I have had at Disney (yes, I know it is not really Disney). We wore our best capris and although we were not uncomfortable, people were definately more dressed up than we were. It is a beautiful restaurant and kind of trendy feeling. I don't think I would want to walk from Epcot, would want to shower and change clothes from my park attire and probably drive to either Swan/Dolphin or BW and valet park before dinner. Everything about our experience there was exceptional and I would want to treat as a special evening. ::MinnieMo
