Best way from Poly to MK after fireworks?

Hi there!

We have only one day (!) at MK after a Disney Cruise in January. We have plans to head to Poly from MK for a dinner reservation after which we are hoping to watch the fireworks/electrical pageant parade from the beach.

Afterwards, we will be heading back to AoA. What do you think is the best mode of transportation back to MK and then to AoA at the end of the night- monorail or buses? We've got a toddler and baby in our group, so I'm just trying to figure out the least busy way to go.

As an aside - any recommendations on when to leave MK to make the 6:45 reservation?

There are no buses going from the Polly to the MK. You will need to take the monorail from the Polly to the MK and then the bus to AOA.

Or you could take the boat to mk and bus to aoa. Or I'd probably take a taxi.

I would like to take a taxi, but we would need carseats for the kiddos.

You could also walk over to TTC then take a bus.

This is not correct. With very few exceptions, there are no longer any Disney park or resort buses running to/from the TTC.

Arrange for a taxi with car seats.

Or cancel dinner at the Poly. You're going to have plenty of amazing sit down meals on the cruise.

Or stay at the Poly!

Any other option might involve pushing the little ones past their patience point trying to finagle boats, buses and monorails.
