If it's convenient, I was hoping of going from our resort, Ft Wilderness, to Capt Cooks at the Poly for dinner (and a Dole Whip!) and was wondering what is the best way to get there?
We will have a car but will we be allowed to park at the Poly without an ADR?
Basically looking for a quick and carb-heavy meal (non-buffet) before the Dark Side race series begins. Will be eating around 5pm so we can get race prep done and wind down for 3am rise! Nothing fits the bill at Ft Wilderness; only 1 daily Chef pasta, which might not be to our stomach's tolerance (e.g., cream-based sauce) at Roaring Forks (WL); stayed at Contemporary for a week last year and their QS place in this area only has 1 dish so looking to try something else. Trying to conserve my legs so not wanting to spend a lot of time getting somewhere. I noticed the Gasparilla Grill has create-your-own-pasta...how convenient would it be to get to GF from Ft. Wilderness (either by car or Disney transpo)?
Any insights much appreciated!
cheers,
