best way between POP and Wilderness Lodge?

we have to make a 5:20 ressie at Whispering Canyon, what is the best way to get there, and what time would you leave POP, planning on doing a water park in the morning, but will be back at pop by 3pm ish

We would probably take a bus to MK and then a boat to WL. I would give yourself an hour or so to get there. Or you can take a cab.

Bus to Magic Kingdom, then Boat(red flag) or Bus to the Lodge...I recommend the Boat, but the bus Is usually 5 minutes faster

If you are driving, I'd drive. Otherwise, maybe take the bus to MK and then go to Wilderness Lodge from there.

We did this once and it was suggested to take the bus to dtd then switch to WL bus. I think it was because pop is closer to dtd than mk.

I dont know for sure, I would leave as soon as I could bc the buses are not always timely. I would leave early bc that is how I am, and DH would leaveat the last possible minute

bus to MK then boat or buss to WL. I would NOT to DTD bus. We once stayed at Saratoga Springs which is a ten minute walk and it took the bus 90 minutes. DTD to MK resort buses are usually forever.

If you have a car just drive as it's easiest and fastest. Otherwise I'd try and catch 3:50 bus from Pop to MK and then board boat back to WL. I wouldn't cut it too close as it's been my exp. that a lot of people exit MK around 4:00-4:30 to head back to resorts for breaks or dinner reservations. We tried taking bus from Pop to DTD then bus from DTD to WL and it took forever. I don't think there are as many buses that run back and forth to DTD. We also were there at a quieter time though so maybe that was why?

I have stayed at POP more then any other resort.
When I have early morning ADR's at other Resorts..I take a cab.
It's less hassle & faster then waiting for a bus & having to make transfers.

For an evening ADR, I agree with the previous poster.

Take a bus from POP to Hollywood Studios and get the Wilderness Lodge bus from there. That would be your fastest bus option.
