Best waterpark for limited mobility?

We are frequent Disney visitors, yet have never been to a waterpark. My 9 year old son can only walk with crutches. He can swim well and does like slides. Which waterpark would offer more for him? I understand that most parks require a lot of stairs, which he could actually do (once or twice) albeit verrrrry slowly.

We are spending the weekend in Orlando before our Disney cruise in April and were thinking of doing a waterpark if the weather is nice. Which waterpark has the most to offer us? BTW, we have two other boys ages 11 and 15.

Thanks!

I would suggest Blizzard Beach:
- They have a ski lift that he can take instead of walking up the steps :thumbsup2 and it's not far from the Ski Patrol area.
- They have a great family raft ride that is thrilling for all but great for your whole family. This ride is not far from the ski lift drop off at top.
- The Ski Patrol Area (Pre-Teen) would be great for him. The area is fairly tight in layout but gives him options of some tube slides, body slides and a T-Bar Zipline. They are fun but easy enough strategically for him to do and you meet him with his crutches at the end. Google that area of Blizzard Beach for great photos.

It has a tame "wave" pool and nice lazy river but lots of what would be thrill slides for the older ones. There are a other slides at the top that he could access by walking from the lift. It's a longer walk but at least he avoids the stairs. Two are "racing" slides and the mats are brought up by conveyor. The other ones have tubes you have to carry up. My DS is mobile but tires very easily and we do very well at BB.
