best water park for 3 & 5 yos

Hi - I am planning on taking a long road trip with my two kids and wanted to stop at a water park to break up the first leg . Was wondering which of disney's two would be best for them - they are 3 and 5 (and don't swim yet)

We'd probably stay about 4-5 hours or so.

Also, any fl resident or season pass holders discounts that y'all know of ??

We enjoyed Blizzard Beach. Tike's peak I think is the kid's section. I can't remeber, sorry. I thougt it was good. You can do the lazy river, just put life jackets on the kids. We were a little annoyed by some of the teenagers trying to get past people. This only happened twice while we rode for about half and hour. The kids have another section Ski Patrol Training I hope I don't have these flipped flopped for you. The other section is geared to older kids. At the time my dd was 7 and stayed with me on the rides and did teh Ski Partol Training section too. My 3 year stayed in The Tike"s Peak she spent a good amount of time there roughly two hours. Try to get a seat in that section when the water park opens. The walk ways have water sprayed on them to cool them off. I would suggest some water shoes though.

Our 4 year old DS doesn't swim yet either. We went to BB in May. With a vest he is very comfortable but a little uneasy with getting his head wet. He went on Teamboat Springs, Chairlift, Toboggan Racers, Snow Stormers, Runoff Rapids, Melt-Away Bay, Cross Country Creek and played around a little bit in Ski Patrol area and a tiny bit in Tike's Peak. He loved it all. BTW he is a tall 4 year old at just under 48". Hope this helps.
