Best waiting lines at MK with young children?

The only time we visited MK with a young kid the crowd level was very low (early February). This year we’re going in August and I expect heat and long waits. To prioritize some rides and to help me decide how long is too long to wait for each ride; I would like your opinion on the rides that have the best waiting areas. I know Pooh’s line is great because last time we visited my daughter was always complaining that the line was moving too quickly and that she didn’t have enough time to play but I don’t remember the other ones.

Dumbo!! Our 7-year-old is obsessed with the new Dumbo set-up because of the play area. Last year, he actually cried because we arrived at rope drop, there was no wait for Dumbo, so the play area was not open. This year, we went to Dumbo later - around 10am and there was still no wait, but the play area was open. Much to our teens' dismay, we let our youngest play in the play area, even though there was no wait for the ride!

Those are the two best for young kids. Haunted Mansion has some hands on things to do.
Little Mermain ride in MK is fairly interesting and has some good stuff as you get close to the end of the line.

Since you already know about Pooh, I'd say Dumbo followed by the Little Mermaid.

Tinkerbell's queue line for her meet and greet is one of my current faves. I've taken my DD who is 2 there while she's asleep and she can get a good nap while we wait to see Tinkerbell. There is a TV that plays snippets for Disney Fairies episodes. It's airconditioned, large and they allow strollers and food (and Aloha Isle is right outside! So you can eat your Dole Whip while waiting. )

But sadly, Tink will be moving to Town Square Theater in the near future, so this little spot of heaven will be ending.

The Epcot Character Spot has TV's set up that play Disney cartoons. And it's inside, so it's nice and cool.
