best villa location advice?

ive managed to get down to 4 villas and i have an order i prefer. but ive no idea which is best locations.
so any advice is much appreciated
locations are Tuscan Hills, Sunset Lakes, Lindfields estate and Eagle Pointe

so are these close to all the disney parks

I think the Eagle Point one would take you the longest, but I am not positive. We have stayed close to where Tuscan Hills is and we like that area a lot. We have timed it, and it takes 10 minutes to get to the Formosa Gardens area (where the closest developments are). We find we can get a larger house with more amenities for the same price as some of the closer locations. Tuscan Hills will be further than Lindfields for sure, and based on the map I think it is further than Sunset Lakes. Tuscan Hills is pretty new. We saw them roofing some of the houses 2 years ago. Good luck with your decision.

We stayed in the Lindfields subdivision last Nov. & it was very close to the parks. Less then 10 mins. to AK and approx. 15 to all the rest and Downtown Disney. Close to the 192 and all of it's ammenities. Would definately recommend it!

Sunset lake and Lindfields are very close to the parks. Off of 192 west.

Eagle Point is 192 east off of Poinciana Blvd.

Tuscan Ridge is on 27 at the end of 192 west onto 27 so.

All I am sure are great homes or you would not have chosen them.
