Best villa hotel near convention center?

Can anyone recomend a good villa/suites hotel near the convention center?
I will have a convention to attend next July in Orlando and I thought it will be a great way to sneak in an extra Disney trip for DS. I will be bringing grandma and grandpa to babysit while at work, so I rather have at least 1 bedroom preferably 2 but will like to be close to the convention center, 10 minute drive tops, preferably walking distance.

Since work will pay for the full week's accommodation during the conference and plane tickets for me, we may add another week onsite/closer to the Disney parks afterwards.

Marriott's Cypress Harbour is about 2 miles away and really nice.

Hilton Grand Vacations at SeaWorld, Sheraton Vistana Villages, Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa, and Marriott's Grande Vista are all within a 10 minute drive. Not walkable, but very close by.
