Hi all!
We'll be traveling in February with a big family group, including my 14-year-old cousin who is vegetarian. The problem is, she doesn't like vegetables or tofu! So I'm trying to brainstorm some meal ideas for her that aren't a salad or meat dish with tofu or veggies subbed in. We'll be doing mostly counter service, and I know that there are toddler and kids meals with things like mac and cheese or spaghetti, but I think she'll need a bigger portion. Here's what I thought of so far, please help me add to the list! TIA!
Grilled cheese and tomato soup at Jolly Holiday
Marinara or cheese pizza at Red Rockets
Cheese ravioli at Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta
Anything else would be super helpful! If all else fails I guess she can live on Mickey pretzels and ice cream for a few days
We push her to try new things at home, but I think her mom just doesn't want to fight about food on vacation.
