Best vegetarian lunch options?

I'm especially interested in The Leaky Cauldron. I can't seem to find a complete menu online... I saw a Ploughman's Lunch with cheeses, bread, pickles, an apple & beet salad, and a scotch egg. Think they would let me sub out the scotch egg for something?

Thanks- we do Disney a few times a year but we haven't been to Universal in a few years and I wasn't a vegetarian back when we last went.

I am also a vegetarian and there aren't many options at Leaky Cauldron or Three Broomsticks at lunch time! On my pre-trip report, I JUST put together a compiled list of vegetarian food options for the parks and citywalk! I think we might end up doing breakfast at Leaky Cauldron (more options).

If you do go and they sub something veggie, please post and let me know!!

I definitely will! I'll be there on 5/13 and I'll update here with whether or not they let me sub. I'll definitely take a look at your pre-trip report for some alternative ideas too.
