Jiko - Yes, definitely more fancy. Although, we did see younger kids with their family's when we dined there. Boma is definitely comparable to Jiko and if your kids decide they don't like the spices of the African cuisine, there is always a kids buffet with traditional buffet food like mac n cheese, chicken fingers, etc. You'll have a lot of options at Boma.
Wolfgang Puck Express is in Downtown Disney Marketplace.
Wolfgang Puck Cafe is in Downtown Disney West Side. They also have fancier upstairs dining. We usually go to the Cafe -- this is where you can get the pumpkin ravioli.
I hope this clears up a bit for you. If not, ask away!!!
BTW -- I made a lunch PS for the Grand Floridian Cafe for our trip next month. We've never eaten there but the menu looks really good with a very alternative and natural-sounding veggie burger. I get sick of the regular soy patties and Garden Burger. This one looks very different and we can't wait to try it!

. Usually my children do very well in resturants at home, but with the on-the-go environment of WDW, we really try to keep the expectations to a minimum all around. That said, maybe dh and I can still get a slightly "fancier" meal at Wolfgang Puck's cafe. If that doesn't work out, though, we still have the Earle to look forward to.
