Best value restaurant for Candlelight Processional dining package

Nothing announced. I would expect if it happens they will make it ticketed with assigned seating. No walk up. No queueing or waiting.

Perhaps they will have the CP package with lunch or dinner..we love the show, hoping!!!

My guess is they skip the dining. Managing the dining with seat assignment is an added complexity above and beyond seat assignment.

While I would be very disappointed, I do not think it will happen this year. Crowd management is one issue but so is having all of the performers crammed onto the stage singing their hearts out. And it’s a rolling roster of performers. From a lot of area schools/churches.
The Candlelight and Trans Siberian Orchestra’s annual show define Christmas for me. TSO announced yesterday that they are not touring. I am afraid the Candlelight will follow.

Shaping up to be a less festive holiday season.

Ugh!! I’m not surprised to hear this but definitely disappointed! TSO is one of our favorite annual family traditions to help kick off the Christmas season.

Skip the one way they really monetize it?

My best bet is it won't be happening. If it does then it will be all dining reservation related. They wouldn't have to assign seats at the time, just limit the dining bookings to an acceptable number and seat people like they are doing for any show. At least I believe there are doing some of the show type attractions?

Well, I had said previously "sell tickets." So a more direct monetization without having to manage it through also heavily reduced dining capacity.

The Biergarten is as much a part of “Candlelight” for my holidays ... and probably my grandchildren’s also.
Does any other dining package offer a stage show performance decorated for the holidays at Epcot?

That is the exact reason we pick Biergarten when we decide to do the package. Also a lot to chose from on the buffet.

I seem to remember a post from a couple months ago that the High School and Church choirs were notified there would not be a CP this year and they were cancelled. Of course trying to find it now with no luck.

Not surprising. With the hybrid and remote learning models being used by many school districts, how would they even be able to rehearse?

When you say “buffet” guess you mean during Covid it will be really imagined..maybe still a buffer, BUT servers would be serving food. Gone are the days of buffets all over.

The experts have been mentioning caution in large social gatherings where there are loud voices..this event will likely be a no go..we have all read about choral groups getting Covid even while wearing masks
