What is your idea of the best value for a snack credit?

It has been a few years since we have been and I was hoping you could share your ideas of items that give you the best bang for your credit. My hubby thinks I am crazy that I won't let him use a snack credit for water. We will be all over the World and would love your thoughts.

Your best bet for the most up to date information is to check out this thread http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2381706 It's a sticky of the most current (unofficial) snack credit list. Jjohnson works VERY hard throughout the year maintaining that thread with the most current information.

I say this because I just read that a common favorite is no longer a considered a snack on the DDP. People will probably reply to you that they love the __________, but because they went before September 1st, they don't know that it's no longer available on the DDP.

You're not crazy at all, I always check out the list before I go as well. It's nice to know what you can get for your DDP credits.

I wouldn't use anything of monetary value to purchase water as it is widely available for free - but I don't insist on bottled water.

Back when I used DDP, I was known to use the snack credits for Diet Coke. It is better than not using the snack credits at all and I didn't want any more food.

If you are going during the food and wine festival, and they follow the same procedure they have followed for the past few years, the absolute best value for a snack credit is the lobster roll at the USA festival kiosk which costs close to $8.
