My family and I just returned from WDW on Monday. We were there from 3/20-3/27 drove (from PA). We planned our trip really well (itinerary wise), about 2 days before we were set to leave I realized that we were going during the spring break period! Foolishly I thought springbreak started AFTER Easter, I had no idea. So I ran out and purchased The Unofficial Guide to WDW 2005 - what a life saver that book was.... We avoided the parks on the days it told us to (I visited touringplan.com for updates on parks to avoid), we arrived early most days, returned to our hotel room and too breaks/naps and returned to the parks later. Well we got to see everything that was on our list and more.

On Friday we visited SSR and took the DVC tour. Well we are hooked. I'm already planning on going back in December for the Christmas season.

I'm having serious WDW withdrawals. We first visited WDW in September of 98 and although we had a great time this time was just awesome. I don't have enough words to describe my feelings. I'm almost embarassed, lol. I keep visiting websites just to get information on WDW and we've only been home one day, lol.

I keep looking over pictures and pictures of the park just to reminisce (sp)

The Cinderellabration was beautiful, the Wishes fireworks are the best I've seen and I've seen a few fireworks during the fourth of July but these are by far the best ever!

Our favorite rides were the peter pan flights, the Mickey Philharmagic is awesome.... Beauty and the Beast at MGM is beautiful... The fantasmic show was amazing.... The villas at SSR are gorgeous. I could go on, but won't, lol

I'll probably be visiting these boards often just to get my fix.

Hope to know you all!!

Sounds like you had a great time! I am going to be having withdrawls now that I'm home too (got back yesterday). I agree about Wishes, they were really cool. That soundtrack made me cry!! (Well, actually, I already was crying because I knew I had to go home the next day. I am such a dork!).

I know how you feel! I get withdrawl symptoms every time we leave Disney! I would love to own DVC but can't swing it right now! Plus my husband always says" You know there are other places to visit!". I just haven't found one I like as much! Were going this October so I'll get my fix from these boards until we go! princess: princess:

Hello. My name is Tina, and I am a Disboard addict. Now that I have admited to that; welcome to the DIS. If you are going to have an addiction - this is the one to have. Sounds like you had a great time. I also can't get enough of WDW. We are going back in November, and I can hardly wait. :)

OP - I know EXACTLY how you feel! We were there 3/22-3/28, and although we have no other WDW trips planned yet, still like coming to the dis boards for a little more WDW (and to cheer me up).

We had a magical trip. Loved IASM (so pretty and I was thrilled that it was open), PhilHarmagic, Haunted Mansion, Buzz, Dumbo (riding 1st time with DD7), Mad Hatter/Teacups (riding 1st time with DS7), AK Safari, FOTLK, Kali's, Test Track, Universe of Energy (Ellen rocks!), TTA, Turtle Talk with Crush, all of WS, Wishes (we watched several nights from the Poly beach, but, man, from Main Street was even more spectacular), Spectro, Splash Mountain, Fantasmic (but didn't think it was as fantastic as I'd expected), loved Poly GVC, and everything else about this trip with my DH,DD7, DS7 :wizard:

I'm having serious WDW withdrawals. We first visited WDW in September of 98 and although we had a great time this time was just awesome.

The same thing happened to me. I had been there in November of '95 and countless times as a child and I always "liked" Disney but something happened when DH and I went in 2000! :wizard:

Pixie Dust got in our veins and we've been hooked ever since!

In 2002 we went 2 times and bought into DVC and we've been back every year since. This year we have a family gathering planned for 6 adults, my 2 sisters and their spouses plus DH and myself  . I'm on the Dis everyday. DH and I have even thrown around the idea of moving to Florida just to be closer to the magic. :wizard:

So rest assured you are in good company. Welcome to the DIS! :wave2:

Sounds like a truly magical trip!! We also took the SSR tour when we were down there in Feb....and we decided to buy! Our first trip HOME is in early December. :goodvibes Best wishes! :wizard:

Didn't you just love it!! If we purchase we too would like to go back the first few days of December.

Congratulations on your purchase!!
