Best TS meal at EPCOT?

I have an ADR for Les Chefs, but I'm having second thoughts. Besides Le Cellier (which will be impossible to get at this point), what is your favorite place to have dinner at EPCOT? It's just DH and me, and we are pretty adventurous!

Not only is Bistro the best place at Epcot, it's high on the list in all of WDW. Great place for an adult dinner. We usually end every vacation with our last meal here and have never had a less than great meal.

My second favorite (after Le Cellier, of course) is Chefs de France. Never disappoints.

9 Dragons was very good! So was Coral Reef.

Does anyone know if Bistro is part of the Dining Plan? The menu looks so good!

Unfortunately, no, Bistro is not on the DDP
