Best treats only available during the holidays?

I'm very familiar with the classic treats available all over WDW. I'd love to know what specific holiday treats everyone loves. I'm looking for things to try that are only available during the holidays.

I am curious about this too. We will be there Dec 18th -23rd as a Christmas surprise for the kiddos! Can't wait!
