Best transportation option

I'm looking for some advice on the best mode of transportation (convenience, cost & fast) from Orange County airport to DL Resort? We will be staying at the Grand Californian in May. Last time we went (last year), we rented a car because we expected to venture out to other places, but had so much fun at DL, that the rental car just sat there for 5 days (pretty much a waste of a couple hundred dollars). There will be myself, DW, DS-4, and DD-9months. Any suggestions would be great!!

Either www.airportbus.com or any shuttle service that happens to show up when you arrive would get you there. Given that you have a baby with you, you might consider just a taking a cab.

I have never waited more an about a minute for transportation to the Disneyland resort area from SNA - there are buses about every half-hour and shuttles queued up for passengers. If you do take a shuttle, be SURE that they are going ONLY to the Disneyland resort area and not making other stops in Santa Ana or Orange County first - we made that mistake once. If there were 4 paying passengers, taking a taxi-van is about the same cost as a shuttle. The AirportBus is a bit less, but it can be less convenient because of the schedule and pickup/dropoff transfers.
