Best transportation method for a few hours at Epcot F&W

Good morning!
What is the best way of getting to Epcot if we want to go in the afternoon for a few hours to the Epcot F&W (not planning on going to Future World at all that day) from Port Orleans Riverside?
* Uber or taxi to Beach Club Resort and walk to International Gateway entrance of Epcot, straight into world showcase area?
* Drive our car, park at TTC, and take Monorail to Epcot, then walk back to world showcase
* Park at Beach Club Resort (making sure there less than 3 hours) and then walk to IG entrance of Epcot, straight into world showcase area?
* Take bus from POR to Epcot front entrance and then walk back to world showcase
Keeping in mind we will have a toddler with us and I will be 8 months pregnant (so minimizing amount of walking is most important)...

BCV is VERY strict on parking during Food and Wine so I would not try that. Go with Uber!

Uber or Lyft, no hassle and the walk isnt that from BC.

Also keep watching the Transportation Board. Disney's "uber-like" Service - Minnie Vans - is set to begin soon.

I agree with the Uber suggestion, I wouldn't drive because one might have a few refreshing adult beverages (I'm guessing you aren't since you will be pregnant at the time).
