Best Transportation from WD Resort?

The following resorts are very large, and as such, make several stops around the resort and increases time to the parks:

Port Orleans Riverside,
Port Orleans French Quarter (not large but you share with Riverside)
Caribbean Beach
Coronado Springs
Saratoga Springs
Old Key West

The following resorts share buses, so again, it increases wait times:
Grand Floridian
Polynesian
Contemporary
Wilderness Lodge
The above, with the exception of Wilderness Lodge, have the monorail, so service to Magic Kingdom and Epcot is excellent. WL also has boat to Magic Kingdom. They don't ALWAYS share buses, but majority of the time, they do.

The following resorts are within easy walking distance to Epcot, longer walking distance to MGM, but share buses much of the time, increasing wait times:
Boardwalk
Yacht Club
Beach Club

Animal Kingdom has the best bus transportation for the Deluxes.

That leaves the Values. Though not as centrally located as Moderates or Deluxes, the bus service is excellent. The All Stars at times share buses, there's only 3 stops, and if you stay at Movies, you're picked up last so you're not stopping at the other 2. Pop doesn't share with any other resort and only has 1 bus stop.
